Service Officers at out Veteran Service Organizations do a yeoman’s job at helping our fellow vets and in concert with the State and County Veteran Service Officers solve most issues; however; at times, either due to exigent circumstances or the needs of the veteran they require additional assistance with their federal claims or request for services. The Congressman has a team of Constituent Caseworkers that stand at the ready to assist. Please help me pass the word that when a veteran needs assistance that requires our involvement that they must have a claim/request to a federal agency and complete a release form for us to act on their behalf.
